Narayan Inani – Managing Director and CFO
Narayan Inani, a Commerce Graduate from Osmania University, is the Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. He has valuable contribution in financial planning, optimum utilsation of resources and implementation of proper internal control in the Organization.
Anirudh Inani – Chairman and Whole Time Director
Anirudh Inani did his MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management & Research. He is the Wholetime Director of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. Within a short period of time of association with the Company, he has played an important role in strategic planning of business promotional activities.
Keshav Inani - Whole Time Director and CEO
Keshav Inani did his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Babson College. He is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in operations, purchases and strategic management. His primary focus is increasing sales and growing bottom line while spearheading purchases and operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs.
Rajkumar Inani - Founder and COO
Rajkumar Inani did his Textile Engineering from SASMIRA. He is the founder and COO of the company. Under his leadership, Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. has achieved extraordinary growth in a fiercely competitive environment. This has been realized primarily through his management interventions.
Dhanraj Soni – Independent Director
Dhanraj Soni is a Graduate of Commerce, experienced in Administrative & Statutory matters. He is an Independent Director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
Vivek Baheti – Independent Director
Vivek Baheti is a Commerce Graduate and an Independent Director of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. He monitors the actions of management. He has vast experience in Accounts, Administrative and Liaison work. He is the chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Anushree Atasniya - Independent Director
Anushree Atasniya is a B.A. Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary. She is an independent woman Director of the company. She is well experienced in Administrative & banking matters. She is the chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and also member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
